Dear Parent/Guardian,
The Cleveland Hill High School yearbook, Aerie, is once again offering to the families of our seniors the opportunity to acknowledge and congratulate their graduates in a permanent, memorable way. This is a wonderful way to recognize your son or daughter for all their hard work and accomplishments in the last four years here at Cleveland Hill High School.
The cost of these “Grad Ads” for the 2023-2024 edition of Aerie are:
$100.00 for a full-page ad
$ 50.00 for a half-page ad
$ 25.00 for a quarter-page ad
Please submit your GRAD AD electronically to Mrs. Wozniak with payment. Electronic samples can be sent to you to use as a reference point or model. No paper ADS or pictures will be accepted (Microsoft WORD, PowerPoint, or Google Docs work well for submitting purposes). Creativity, color, and heartfelt messages are encouraged! Examples of Grad Ads and sizes are included in this mailing.

There are a limited number of GRAD ADS available for sale.
Spots are secured on a first come first serve basis. Money and AD must be turned in at the same time to secure your spot.
No exceptions.

Grad Ad Directions:
1. Take a blank sheet of computer paper and fold it in half from left to right then top to bottom. This will break your paper up into 4 Quadrants. This gives you an idea of how much space you have on a yearbook page for a full ad, half page, or quarter page.
2. Then sketch out in pencil what you would like to say. Ideas: The student’s name, their graduating year, a congratulatory note, an inspirational quote, who the message is from (mom, dad, grandma)
3. Leave room for a photo image if desired.
4. Choose the program you would like to use to create the ad and get started. Make sure you can save it as a PDF from whatever program it is (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. If you are planning on a full-page ad you can use the whole page of a Word, Google Doc, or Google Slide (see Template). If not, you should create the ad as close to the size it will be placed in so that you can see how it will look when printed.
6. File-Save As or File-Download As will show you your options. Choose PDF

AD and Payment are due ASAP to secure your ad space.
The final deadline to accept ADs and payments is January 12, 2024
