In order to participate in college athletics in Division I or Division II, you need to complete the NCAA clearinghouse in order to become eligible for athletics in college. 

Log onto:  Eligibility Center

Follow links for – "NCAA College-Bound Student-Athletes: ENTER HERE" 

You will need:

• Social Security Number

• Address information

• Email address

• Your High School Code is 331-343

• 9th grade start date  (i.e. 09/2013)

• Graduation date (i.e 06/23/2017)

• Credit Card information to make payment

• You will be able to select a PIN number (Remember your PIN # because you will need it later to check on your status!)

You will also need:

• Once you complete the registration you need to print out BOTH Transcript Release Authorization Forms.  There will be 2 copies:

  • #1- Preliminary Copy

  • #2- Final Graduation Transcript 

• Bring in BOTH of these signed forms & complete a transcript request form in Guidance.  We will send out the initial form & automatically send out your final graduation transcript at the end of the year as long as you hand in both copies together.

Finally you need:

• Go to College Board and send your SAT scores to the eligibility center.  Code # 9999.

• If you took the ACT & you prefer to use your ACT score, go to ACT Student to send your ACT scores.  Eligibility center is still code # 9999
